What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What is the turn-around-time for shipping?
Most items ship within 1-3 business days. At this time, we do NOT offer expedited shipping options. During pre-holiday seasons, processing times are sometimes longer. Large or customized orders may require additional processing time. We always do our best to ship your order, as quickly as possible, but we also aim to ensure you receive the utmost quality products. The “scheduled to ship" date on your order receipt is simply an estimate, not a binding date.
What is the shipping method used?
Most domestic packages are shipped with USPS First Class or priority mail. International orders are shipped with DHL Express Worldwide. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
All U.S. orders over qualify for free shipping (no code needed, no minimum spend required).
International orders will incur a flat rate shipping fee, based on the weight of the items in the order.
Any VAT, taxes, duties or any other fees are the customer's responsibility. Please use discretion when purchasing internationally, if you do not wish to pay any additional fees, which might be charged according to your country's regulations.
What should I do if I entered the incorrect address and/or if there was information missing from my address details?
If you entered the wrong shipping address when ordering, or you forgot to note your apartment/unit number at checkout, and you contact us immediately after placing the order (email@example.com), we will do our best to inform the shipping team about the necessary changes. Note: While we will do our best to accommodate this change, we cannot guarantee the information will be received and changed in time.
We are not responsible for any inconvenience, lost package, delays or extra charges that might apply in order for you to receive the package at the updated address. We will truly do our best to honor a change of address request, however, it is always best if you look over your order carefully, multiple times, prior to checkout, to avoid the inconvenience.
Do you allow cancellations once an order has been placed?
We do not accept any cancellations once your order is placed. This policy is in place, due to the fact that we know our customers enjoy receiving their items as quickly as possible, therefore, orders typically begin processing, as soon as they are received.
What is your refund policy?
We are, however, unable to refund you for the order and/or any shipping charges, under any circumstance. Please be sure to order in plenty of time, prior to your need by deadline.
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged and/or if it looks like the inside contents might be damaged or stained, please do not open the package, but go to your local post office with it to file a claim. You can send us an email, as well, if this happens. We are happy to assist.
Will the colors appear the same in person, as they do online?
Some products and font colors/images might look slightly different on your screen, than they appear in person. We are not able to accept claims for a replacement or refund, for concerns relating to this.
