All sales are final. Due to the nature of our made to order and customized product selection, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, unless there is a need to do so, due to a manufacturing defect, or damage during shipment.

Sanci does not accept returns or cancellations, however, if any of the items you receive are defective or incorrect, please contact info@shopsanci.com and we will make it our top priority to resolve the issue, as soon as possible.

We are, however, unable to refund you for the order and/or any shipping charges, even if your event has passed. Please be sure to order in plenty of time, prior to your 'need by' deadline.

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged and/or if it looks like the inside contents might be damaged or stained, please do not open the package, but go to your local post office with it to file a claim. You can send us an email, as well, if this happens. We are happy to assist.

We do not accept any cancellations once your order is placed. This policy is in place, due to the fact that we know our customers enjoy receiving their items as quickly as possible, so we typically begin processing orders, as soon as they are received.
